Awarded this project through competitive tender, we are currently assisting our client, United Welsh Housing Association, deliver a block of 25 apartments which are designed for the over 55s demography.
The entire block is to be built via a timber frame structural design and will also benefit the community with a new communal facility area on the ground floor.
