LAND WANTED

From our main HQ in Cwmbran, Torfaen, we are actively looking at opportunities to acquire potential residential land across South Wales and South West England. From as West as Swansea, South to Cardiff and the Vale, as north as South Powys and as East as Monmouthshire, South / West Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset.

We will consider all types of land, such as brownfield, contaminated and greenbelt, with planning permission in place, outline approval or subject to planning being granted. Where planning is not currently in place, our team can work with landowners to achieve a suitable residential planning consent.

We are always keen to hear from landowners and agents on potential opportunities. Finders fees will be recognised for successful introductions to off-market opportunities.
