Overview
We were chosen as the main contractor to undertake the delivery of 21 new build affordable apartments, over a three story traditionally built block.
The site was located on a busy Cardiff road and surrounded by existing residential developments, so traffic management was a high priority aspect of the construction phase.
We worked closely with our client to assist in helping local apprentice and employment roles on site where there was opportunities.
