Overview
We were nominated as principal contractor by our client, RHA, to undertake the construction and delivery of 26 new build affordable apartments. This also included the adaption of two plots on site, which were designed to help accommodate the specific need of the planned incoming residents.
The site was a former car garage and involved a high degree of remediation work prior to the construction phase beginning, which included the removal of hydrocarbons, asbestos and underground fuel tanks.
